A Picnic with the Ants

Emma goes to the park for a picnic. She has sandwiches and juice. She sits on the grass and eats happily.

Some little ants come. They look at her sandwiches. Emma is kind. She gives them a little piece.

"Thank you!" say the ants.

Then Emma cannot find her red ball. She looks and looks. She is sad.

The ants say, "We can help! We see everything."

The ants go away. They come back. "Come with us," they say.

Emma follows the ants. They lead her behind a big tree. Her ball is there!

Emma smiles. "Thank you, ants! You are good friends."

The ants smile back. They all have a happy picnic together.
