Now let's use these words in a real conversation. When we talk about friends, we often start with a name and then describe them. Listen to the model dialogue and notice the common phrases.

Here are useful phrases to talk about a good friend:

"My best friend is [name]."
"He is / She is very [adjective]."
"A good friend is someone who [verb]s."
"I like my friend because he / she is [adjective]."
"Good friends [verb] each other."

We can describe friends with he or she, and we use they for two or more people. We use his for a man and her for a woman. For example: "Tom is my friend. He is kind. His sister is also my friend. She is funny."

When you speak about a friend, use a short sentence and one or two adjectives. This makes your English clear and easy to understand. Use and to join two ideas: "He is kind and funny." Use because to give a reason: "I like her because she is patient."

Now you are ready to talk about your own friends. In the next activity, you will have a real conversation about a good friend. Try to use two adjectives from the list. Listen to the model first, then try it yourself.

التكلّم عن الصحاب بالإنجليزي

في الجزء ده هنتعلّم إزاي نتكلّم عن أحسن صاحب عندنا بالإنجليزي، باستخدام جمل قصيرة وبسيطة. الفكرة كلها إنك تبدأ باسم صاحبك وبعدين توصفه بكلمة أو اتنين من الصفات الحلوة.

أهم بداية للجملة

أول حاجة لما تحب تقول مين أحسن صاحبك، استخدم الجملة دي: My best friend is [الاسم]. يعني "أحسن صاحبي هو …". وبعدين وصّفه باستخدام he للولد (يعني "هو") و she للبنت (يعني "هي"). مثلاً:

Sam is my best friend. He is kind. — سام أحسن صاحبي. هو طيب.
Emma is my best friend. She is funny. — إيما أحسن صاحبتي. هي بتفرّحني.

الصفات اللي هتحتاجها

في الدرس استخدمنا صفات مهمة زي:

kind = طيب
funny = بيضحّك / خفيف دم
honest = أمين
loyal = وفي
patient = صبور
helpful = بيساعد

لما تحب تقول صفتين مع بعض، استخدم and (و): He is kind and funny — يعني "هو طيب وخفيف دم".

الجملة الذهبية: someone who

لو عايز تقول "صاحب كويس هو حد بيكون …" بالإنجليزي، استخدم التركيب ده: A good friend is someone who is [صفة] أو A good friend is someone who [فعل]s. شوف الأمثلة:

A good friend is someone who is honest and loyal. — صاحب كويس هو حد يكون أمين ووفي.
A good friend is someone who listens to you. — صاحب كويس هو حد بيسمعك.

استخدام because

عشان توضّح ليه بتحب صاحبك، استخدم because (لأنّ): I like her because she is patient — يعني "أنا بحبّها لأنّها صبورة".

الضمائر والملكية

He للولد، She للبنت، They لمجموعة أكتر من واحد.
His معناها "بتاعه" (للولد)، Her معناها "بتاعها" (للبنت).

مثال يوضّح الفرق: Tom is my friend. He is kind. His sister is also my friend. She is funny. — توم صاحبي. هو طيب. أخته كمان صاحبتي. هي خفيفة دم.

نصيحة للمحادثة

لما تتكلّم مع الـ AI، حاول تستخدم جملة قصيرة وكمّل عليها بصفة أو صفتين، ومتنساش and للربط وbecause لو عايز تدي سبب. الجمل البسيطة في الإنجليزي بتخلّي كلامك واضح وقوي.

A good friend is someone special. We use different words to describe our friends. These words are adjectives — they tell us what a person is like. In this lesson you will learn eight common adjectives to talk about friends.

Look at the table below. Each word is an adjective. You can use these words with is or are to describe someone. For example: "She is kind." or "They are friendly." All of these adjectives can describe a man, a woman, or a group of people.

patient	adjective	A patient friend listens to you.

Notice the pattern: Subject + be + adjective. We can add very before the adjective to make it stronger. "She is very patient." We can also use and to join two adjectives. "He is funny and loyal."

Remember, you can use these words to talk about anyone — a friend, a family member, or a classmate. Try to learn three or four of these words first. Then add more when you feel ready.

A good friend usually has several of these qualities. When you describe your friend, choose two or three adjectives from the list. This helps other people understand your friend easily.

الأصدقاء وصفاتهم بالإنجليزي

في الدرس ده هنتعلم كلمات إنجليزية بتوصف بيها أصحابك لما تتكلم عنهم. كل الكلمات دي صفات (adjectives)، يعني كلمات بتوصف طبيعة الشخص أو شكله.

الصفات الثمانية

هنتعلم النهارده تمانية صفات مهمة بتستخدمها لما تتكلم عن أصحابك:

kind - يعني لطيف، حد بيعامل الناس بطف وراحة
funny - يعني مضحك، بيخليك تضحك دايمًا
helpful - يعني مساعد، أول واحد يساعدك في أي حاجة
honest - يعني صادق، بيقولك الحقيقة حتى لو صعبة
friendly - يعني ودود، الناس بتحب تتعامل معاه
loyal - يعني وفي، صاحبك في السر والعلن
clever - يعني ذكي، بيفكر بسرعة وبيحل المشاكل
patient - يعني صبور، بيستنى من غير ما يزهق

إزاي تركب جملة بيها؟

القاعدة بسيطة جدًا في الإنجليزي: Subject + be + adjective يعني الفاعل + فعل (is أو are) + الصفة.

She is kind. (هي لطيفة)
They are friendly. (هم ودودين)
He is honest. (هو صادق)

لو عايز تضيف صفتين مع بعض، حط and في النص:

My best friend is kind and loyal.
He is funny and clever.

تقوية الصفة بـ very

لو عايز تاخد الصفة لدرجة أكبر، حط very قبلها:

She is very patient.
He is very helpful.

الصفات دي مش بس للأصحاب، لا، تقدر تستخدمها مع أي حد - قريب، زميل، جار. ابدأ بأربع صفات بس وخد وقتك تحفظهم، وبعدين ضيف الباقي بالتدريج لما تحس إنك جاهز.
