Question economic common sense

Take whichever position you find more interesting, or let the conversation evolve. Try to use at least three of the phrases from the table (/it is often assumed that…/, /on closer inspection…/, /what's often overlooked is…/, /by that logic…/, /to be fair…/, /a more nuanced view would be…/). Concede at least one point your interlocutor makes, and aim to end on a synthesis rather than a slogan.
