L'histoire

It is autumn. The nights are cold. Hugo the hedgehog has no home. He looks for a warm place to sleep. He looks under a big tree. No. He looks in a bush. No.

Hugo is sad. He sits on the grass. Rabbit comes along. "What is wrong?" she asks. "I have no warm bed," says Hugo. "Don't worry. I can help," says Rabbit.

Rabbit calls Fox and Bear. They work together. They collect leaves. They collect sticks. They make a cosy nest. It is soft and warm.

"Thank you," says Hugo. He curls up in the nest. "Good night," say his friends. Hugo is happy. He sleeps well under the stars.
