A Sleepy Snowman

The children make a snowman in the garden. They use white snow. They put a hat on his head. They put a carrot on his face. They put stones on his tummy. The snowman has a big smile. "I am happy!" he says. Winter days are fun.

Then the sun comes out. The sky is blue and bright. The snowman feels hot. Water runs down his face. "Oh no! I am melting," he says. He is very sad.

"Help me, please!" the snowman says. The children run to him. They put a big hat on his head. They give him an umbrella. They put him in the shade. The snowman feels cool now. "Thank you, my friends!" he says. The children smile. They play together in the garden.
