The Story
Mr. Brown is a postman. Every morning, he gets up early. He puts on his blue coat and his big bag.
He walks down the street with his bag. He has many letters and parcels. He puts letters in the postboxes.
Mr. Brown sees the children on his route. They are walking to school. "Good morning!" he says. The children wave. "Good morning, Mr. Brown!"
He stops at the school gate. He talks to the children. He gives them a letter. "It's for your teacher," he says. The children say, "Thank you, Mr. Brown!"
At the end of the day, Mr. Brown goes home. He is tired but happy. "I like my job," he says. The children like Mr. Brown too. He is their friendly postman.
Translation
السيد براون ساعي بريد. كل صباح، يستيقظ باكراً. يرتدي معطفه الأزرق وحقيبته الكبيرة. يمشي في الشارع حاملاً حقيبته. عنده الكثير من الخطابات والطُرود. يضع الخطابات في صناديق البريد. السيد براون يرى الأطفال في طريقه. إنهم يتوجهون إلى المدرسة. "صباح الخير!" يقول. يلوّح الأطفال. "صباح الخير، السيد براون!" يتوقف عند باب المدرسة. يتحدث مع الأطفال. يعطيهم خطاباً. "إنه لمعلمتكم"، يقول. يقول الأطفال: "شكراً لك، السيد براون!" في نهاية اليوم، يذهب السيد براون إلى المنزل. إنه متعب لكنه سعيد. "أحب عملي"، يقول. يحب الأطفال السيد براون أيضاً. إنه ساعي البريد الودود الخاص بهم.
