The Tiny Teapot

One morning, Lily wakes up. She walks into the kitchen. There is a tiny teapot on the shelf. It is small and white. It has a blue flower on it.

Lily picks up the teapot. It is very light. She puts water inside it. She waits.

Steam comes out of the teapot. It smells like summer flowers. Lily pours the tea into a cup. It is warm and sweet.

Her mum comes into the kitchen. Lily gives her the tea. Her mum drinks it. "Yum!" she says. She smiles.

Every morning, Lily makes tea for someone new. Her dad smiles. Her grandma smiles. Everyone feels warm and happy.

The tiny teapot makes the world a little bit brighter. And Lily always puts it back on the shelf for tomorrow.
