The Little Library on the Hill

Emma walks up the hill behind her house. She sees a small wooden box. It has a red roof. "What is this?" she asks.

Emma opens the little box. Inside, there are many small books. She is very happy. "It is a little library!" she says. "Everyone can take a book. Everyone can leave a book."

Emma takes a book about a dog. She reads it at home. It is a good story. She loves the book very much.

The next day, Emma goes back to the hill. She puts the book in the little library. "Now someone else can read it," she smiles.

A boy from the village sees the book. He takes it home. He loves it too.

From that day, many people in the village use the little library on the hill. Emma is proud. Her little library makes everyone happy.
