The pattern is simple: It is + weather word. For example: 'It is cold.' 'It is windy.' 'It is rainy.'
For a question, move is to the start: Is it cold? For a negative answer, use not: 'It is not cold.'
You can also add today to the end: 'It is hot today.' This is very common in English.
When you answer, you can use one word or many words. 'It is hot.' is short. 'It is very hot today.' is longer. Both are good. The most important thing is to be clear.

لو عايز تسأل سؤال، بتنقل is للي بداية الجملة. يعني بدل ما تقول "It is cold"، بتسأل Is it cold?. كده بتفتح موضوع جديد مع صاحبك وبده يرد عليك.
الإجابة بالنفي: not
لو مش موافق على الكلام، بتحط not بعد is. فبدل "It is hot" بتقول It is not hot، وبعدها ممكن تضيف وصف تاني زي "It is warm." ده بيسمّيه في الإنجليزي correction، يعني بتصلّح المعلومة الغلط.

Today we learn words for weather.Weather is the way the air is outside. We see it and we feel it every day. Sometimes the sun is high in the sky. Sometimes rain falls down. Sometimes clouds cover the sky. Sometimes wind blows hard. Weather changes every day.
