First, the question: What device do you use every day? You answer: I use my phone every day. You can also say: I have a laptop. or I watch TV at night.
Next, ask a follow-up question: When do you use it? or What do you use it for? Your friend can say: I use my tablet at school. or I use my headphones on the bus.
Common sentences to know:
I use my [device] every day. — the main sentence for daily use.
I have a [device]. — to say you own it.
I watch [something] on my [device]. — to say what you watch.
I listen to music on my [device]. — to say what you listen to.
When you talk about your device, use my. When you talk about someone else's, use his or her. For example: She has a camera. Her camera is new.

We use many devices every day. A device is a small machine. We use devices to talk, work, learn, listen, and watch. A phone is for calls and messages. A computer and a laptop help us work and study. A tablet is like a small computer you can hold. A TV shows movies and shows. A camera takes photos.Headphones play music in your ears. A smartwatch is a small watch on your wrist.
Look at the table. Each word is a noun. We say a or an before the device: a phone, a laptop, a TV. We often say my to talk about our own device: my phone, my computer.
